What is your MAXSA Lifetime Warranty?
We take pride in the quality of our products, and we back it up with our MAXSA Guarantee, a Lifetime Warranty on any manufacturer defects. This does not account for normal wear and tear.

Knife
What kind of steel is used for your knives?
The Maxsa Blade is made with premium Japanese AUS-10 Steel. This is a high-carbon stainless steel that offers a great balance of edge retention and durability.
How do I sharpen my knives?
We recommend using water stones to sharpen your knives. They can have a bit of a learning curve, but in our experience, there is no better way to get a sharp knife without removing too much steel.
How should I clean my knives?
Always wash your Maxsa knives by hand with soap and water then dry them immediately. Please do not put your knives in the dishwasher.
How often should I sharpen my knife?
That highly depends on how often your knives are used but, at a minimum, we suggest sharpening your knives 2-3 times a year. In addition, you should hone your knives after every 2-4 uses.
Where are your knives made?
Our knives are designed in Virginia and manufactured in China using Japanese steel.
