What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer returns within the first 30 days from the day your order is delivered. To initiate a return please use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page or send us an email at maxsa@maxsablades.com and we'd be happy to help! Please include your order number and email/phone number used during purchase.
Return Policy Details
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items can be returned if a request for return is made during the 30-day trial period.
Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return labels must be purchased at the customer's expense.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned and are ineligible for refunds after the order has shipped.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Is there a warranty for Maxsa products?
Our "Lifetime Guarantee Against Defects" covers the majority of our products. Products covered by our "Lifetime Guarantee Against Defects" are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for one year. We'll send you a replacement or fix your product if you experience issues caused by a manufacturing defect.
Damage to products from misuse, intentional abuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or issues that occur from failure to follow care instructions and product guides is not covered.
